We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Buyer-Initiated Returns

If you choose to return an artwork for reasons other than an error on our part (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. You will receive a full refund for the artwork, excluding any original or return shipping expenses.

Gallery-Initiated Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., misrepresentation, authenticity issue, or damage prior to shipping), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including shipping.

What kind of artworks do you offer?

Are the artworks authentic?

We do our utmost to ensure the authenticity of every piece we offer and personally stand behind each work. When certificates or documentation are available, they are provided. In some cases, a work may be sold without formal documentation, in which case it is offered “as is.” If, after purchase, substantial doubts are raised regarding the authenticity of a work, we will accept a return and cover return shipping costs.

Do all artworks come with certificates?

When available, we provide certificates of authenticity. Upon request, we can also supply additional documentation, condition reports, and historical context related to the work.

Can I view an artwork before purchasing?

Private viewings are available by appointment at our gallery in Buenos Aires. In select cases, we may coordinate viewings through our affiliated offices in Miami, New York, or London.
